Molly Ryan’s approach to client service is one of deep compassion and understanding for the complex issues her clients face while providing zealous advocacy in discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial. Her experience in civil and criminal law spans over a decade, starting as an administrative professional and evolving into a passionate attorney. While in law school, she clerked for the San Francisco District Attorney’s office and the San Mateo District Attorney’s office. This increased her passion for helping and protecting her clients’ rights in court.

After graduating  law school, she spent he first year as a Criminal Defense Attorney representing clients facing criminal misdemeanor and felony charges. This experience allowed her to gain valuable courtroom time in hearings and trial. It also solidified her desire to protect her clients interests in court.

Molly’s initial interest in the law was peaked when she started her career as an administrative assistant for a complex civil litigation firm representing clients in personal injury and complex product liability cases. Molly has enthusiastically returned to the practice area that ignited her passion for law. Molly currently represents clients in personal injury, product liability, and police brutality cases. Her depth of knowledge allows her to have a better understanding of what her clients need and how to properly strategize to maximize their chances of success.

She received her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2021 and graduated with a Public Interest Certificate, receiving an honors distinction. While in law school, Molly was active in the moot court program, participating in trial competition and coaching first-year law students on how to properly conduct oral arguments for their Legal Research and Writing classes. She was a Merit Scholarship recipient all three years in law school.

In her free time, Molly likes to spend time by the water, watch documentaries, cook for friends and family, and go to local farmer’s markets.
