Vrinda Agarwal

Vrinda is a Litigation Associate at Milanfar Law Firm PC, where she represents clients in a variety of personal injury, including auto and truck accidents, product liability, police brutality, and elder abuse cases. She manages cases from intake through resolution and has experience handling all stages of litigation, including court appearances, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.

She takes a thoughtful, client-first approach to her work, emphasizing open communication, strategic guidance, and practical solutions. By understanding each of our client’s unique needs, she helps them navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence.

Before joining Milanfar Law Firm PC, she practiced at a California regional firm, where she represented clients in employment and business disputes before California state courts and other forums. She also advised clients on corporate matters, including venture capital transactions, business formations, and nonprofit governance.

Vrinda earned her LL.M. from UC Berkeley in 2021, specializing in technology law with a focus on privacy, intellectual property, and social media regulation. Her LL.M. experience marked a pivotal shift in her career, expanding her legal perspective through exposure to U.S. law and cutting-edge legal issues.

Earlier in her career, Vrinda practiced corporate law at leading full-service law firms in India, where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.

She is licensed to practice in both California and India and brings over a decade of cross-border legal experience in litigation, employment law, corporate transactions, and dispute resolution.

Outside of work, Vrinda enjoys reading fiction, practicing Yoga, cooking Indian food, and spending time in nature.
