Lucas Anderson

Litigation Attorney

Lucas Anderson is a Litigation Attorney at Milanfar Law Firm PC, where he represents clients in a range of catastrophic personal injury, nursing home abuse, civil rights / police brutality, and product liability cases. He supports clients through every stage of litigation from initial intake and investigation through discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. Before becoming an attorney Lucas worked as a legal intern at Milanfar Law Firm, PC, for two summers, where he gained invaluable experience by assisting attorneys develop cases from inception to trial. He was able to work on a successful appeal and an elder abuse case that was ultimately tried to verdict by Milanfar Law.
Lucas earned his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where he distinguished himself through competing in Moot Court and gaining real practical litigation experience throughout law school. He competed in the ALA Moot Court Competition in Chicago where he placed as a finalist and received an award for writing the best brief submitted to the competition. He also coached a Moot Court team to a first place finish in the ALA Chicago Moot Court competition and coached another team in the Federal Bar Association Moot Court Competition to the Round of Sixteen.
During law school, as a member of the UC Law Appellate Project, he successfully argued and won an appeal on behalf of an indigent criminal defendant before the California First District Court of Appeal, securing a reversal of unconstitutional probation conditions in favor of his client. He also submitted the opening appellate brief on behalf of a veteran, seeking a change of discharge status before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Lucas brings the same dedication and precision to his current practice, combining strong research and writing skills with a client-centered approach. He understands that behind every case is a person navigating a difficult moment, and he is committed to providing clear guidance, steady communication, and relentless advocacy.
Outside the office, Lucas enjoys exploring new restaurants, snowboarding, weightlifting, and going on road trips with his fiancée.
